February 26, 2026Starting with my first call about the property, Gabriella in the front office was professional and welcoming. Her positive attitude as she showed me around, told me right away that this was more like a friendly community than just another apartment building. Everything is new and very well maintained, and it's peaceful and quiet. She and Danny, the Maintenance Manager, also made my move-in go very smoothly. December 4, 2025I really enjoy being a resident in Westport at 1177 Greens Farms. This is a really nice apt complex in the heart of Westport Ct. Zach is our kind and very approachable Manager. He leads a great team here- Gabby in our leasing office, is really nice and a good communicator! The Management Team does a really good job with all of the yearly maintenance as well as promoting a friendly and warm experience here at 1177 Greens Farms! We have a safe and clean environment because of their great ...oversight and diligence all year long. There are also really nice Christmas Parties and other events where they show resident appreciation. The best part is simply living in Westport. This is a wonderful town. It’s stellar regarding : safety, cleanliness, lots of good stores and great restaurants. As well as two lovely beaches ( Sherwood State Beach and Compo Beach ,a private beach for residents). July 16, 20251177 is a delightful place to live. Situated right between Southport and downtown Westport makes it so convenient. The building is clean and well-run, the tenants are lovely, and the common area, gym and outside fire pit make it even more enjoyable. June 1, 2025Living at 1177 is such a gift. Great neighborhood close to shopping of all kinds. Building is quiet and yes they have kids here. The community is welcoming to us seniors, families, and pets. I am thankful I found 1177 after taking my time to really vet places.Property Manager Responded

April 28, 2025This is a wonderful community! 1177 Greens Farms Westport is a quiet, clean, friendly and exceptional place! It’s not fancy but its location is wonderful! With access to Compo Beach, great shopping and great restaurants in town. The Post Road gets busy during the day. But it’s a family town and surprisingly quiet in the evenings and weekend evenings. Kaira in the office is very sweet. She does a wonderful job and is so helpful! When you need maintenance, they are prompt and courteous. June 1, 2024Living here has been the best. Quiet, Relaxing, Beautiful Community. I have lived in other communities where you can hear your neighbors in their apartments, but not here at 1177 Post Road East. There's a very clean and well kept gym, a community fire pit and social area, and the people here really make it home. I finally love where I live.Property Manager Responded
