  • Nice, Well Maintained Campus Apartment Complex

    Neha helped us tour the apartment, she was so helpful and attentive to our needs during the tour she anticipated the questions and concerns we had and addressed them. It helps that she lives in the apartments and can give her own experience from living there. Overall, this is a clean, well maintained property with an onsite maintenance team, and other amenities that is close by to my son's classes at A&M. Definitely a top contender as we try to finalize a home away from home for him.

  • Great Location on Campus!

    Toured 12 North this past summer and loved it! I love that the rooms look nice, is reasonably priced for a college student, has a nice gym, an attached parking garage and is located in a great spot! Thank you to Neha that worked at the front desk for helping me tour the apartment and speaking with me over the phone multiples times so that I could make an informed decision!

  • Good stuff

    I’ve lived here for a couple semesters and never had much of a problem. I like the amenities and the location. The staff is super sweet. Mara helps me with most of my problems. She’s always got a smile when I see her that I love to see when walking out to class.

  • Decent Apartments, Good Staff and Location

    The apartments themselves are good but somewhat expensive. The main selling points are the distance from campus/Northgate and being in basically the middle of town. They offer good amenities and numerous apartment wide events throughout the year. The downsides are that the fire alarms go off quite often and the internet provider they use is one of the worst providers I've ever used with intermittent internet outages practically everyday. The front desk staff and especially the maintenance man, ...
    Travis, are exceptional. I've never had any issues with the repairs done and they are typically completed within one day. Overall a decent enough place to live, but make sure to get one of the "Premium" rooms as they are normal apartment sized, unlike the standard rooms they offer which are closer to actual dorm sizes.

  • Great Place for College Students

    I moved in August of 2024, and renewed my lease for the 2025-2026 year as well. This is a great apartment for Freshman due to it's location. Most Freshman courses will be scattered throughout campus, and 12 North is the perfect walking distance to all of my classes. The maintenance team has been super helpful the whole time I've been here as well.
