Lived here in 2001-2002, Apartment 2E. The property might not look glamourous on the outside, but our apartment was actually very nice, updated and clean on the inside. Our apartment had a large dining room in entry, kitchen and washroom to the right, sunken living room to the left, living room has a large window facing North, with a nice view. Upstairs has two bedrooms, the smaller of the two we used as an office. The property manager at the time was a good guy - once had a month where money was ...
tight, he helped us out. The neighbours were quiet, the neighbourhood itself is fairly quiet. Easy access to anything in Binghamton, shopping, etc. Not sure what the going rent is now, but it was very reasonable when we lived there.
