DO NOT RENT HERE!!! It may seem flashy on the outside with the pool, clubhouse, rooftop, and fitness center, but don’t let that fool you!! I have been here for a year and a half and could not wait to leave! The building has a MAJOR roach infestation to the point they just need to burn down the building. My kitchen was always CRAWLING with them everywhere. I had major problems in my cabinets and also they were all in my fridge and freezer. Management does not care and pest control is horrible. I ...
sent many emails explaining I need major pest control done and management did nothing. Pest control is only there one day out of the week so if you miss them your f-ed. Once I finally could catch them, pest control came in for literally 5 seconds to just spray behind the fridge and left. Didn’t help one bit! Also had major spider problems in my apartment. Not to mention the building is so moldy you feel like you can’t breathe when you walk in the halls. There was visible water damage in the halls and again management doesn’t do anything and doesn’t care. Half of my belongings got ruined because I had to throw them out due to mold growth. I also had many of my things rust. Pets are always doing their business in the halls and tenants don’t pick up after them. Packages are always getting stolen, don’t let the “secure” mailroom fool you. And don’t waste your money on the parcel lockers because no one ever delivers to them and they haven’t been working; management doesn’t do anything to get it back up and running. Exit doors never close/shut. The front door of the apartment has 0 weather stripping and gaping holes great for pests to enter. Laundry rooms have card readers but they never work. There is quite literally nothing good about this place besides the pool. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy! STAY AWAY!
