They are very kind here. Any maintenance request, they will get on it as soon as possible. They do three community events with gifts and/or food every month, I’ve never experienced that at any other apartment complex I’ve been in.

We are so pleased with our home at 1201 Covell Village. The apartment is so quiet and cozy. The management and maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Very rapid to respond and correct any issues. The maintenance staff is on top of everything, changing filters and performing preventative maintenance so any inconvenience is minimized. Very happy here and highly recommend.

Me and my partner found this place thinking it would be like all the others. No! With the help of one of the employees there by the name of jacquelynn helped me and her along with our kid find a perfect home for us. She helped us through the process like it was nothing!
