Sunset Square Apartments is a beautiful and well-maintained community with friendly staff and top-notch amenities. The apartments are spacious and updated, and the location can't be beat. I highly recommend living at Sunset Square!

I moved at the beginning of August. The company in charge is new and just took over just before I moved in. I asked how do I get a key to my mailbox. They said they didn't have one to give me and call the post office. I did. They said I can put my mail on hold, or get a PO box with them. Then they told me all I needed was a copy of my ID and a copy of my lease and they would change the lock. It would take 1-2 weeks. I did that. Nothing. I called the Post office back. They yelled at me that they ...
should of told you this from the beginning we don't do that. Your apartment needs to call us. I call the apartment. It's this endless cycle and nothing is getting done. The apartment says to call the post office, the post office says to call the apartment. I ended up going to the UPS store. I need my mail. The apartment said they would credit my rent. Still no credit, still no key to the mailbox. But what ticks me off even more. The people that live below me moved in a few months after me. I can tell their mail lock is changed. So why is mine not changed? I don't know what else to do. I had issues with my heat. They had no key to my unit and I had to work. So they called the request complete when nothing was done.
