Location, location, location
August 20, 2015This is apartment is the ideal flat a bachelor, or even a small family can call home. As this review is titled, the apartment's location is truly the most convenient compared to others. There is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away north and south from the place. Major banks are only a block away, as well as the city hall and public library. Places of worship are also short walks away and schools are literally around the corner. Honestly this apartment's location allows tenants to not even ...have to own a personal vehicle. There are bus stops that can take residents straight to the local mall or even DTLA. The train station is not too far as well. And if you do have a car, parking is safe both at the apartment and on the streets. Two major freeways are in close proximity - about a mile away each. Most importantly, the neighborhood is one of the safest in the Los Angeles area. Now about the apartment itself, the neighbors area all kind and each unit is surprisingly large contrary to what it may look like from the outside. The owner/landlord is one of the most kind and understanding individuals who keeps rent at an affordable rate an average family can afford.
