March 25, 2017my friend and i have been here for 23 years renting in this great neighborhood... along comes this new owner and nearly triples our rent ,unfortunately we will have to leave. new renters make sure you get everything in writing , every little detail because fairness or normality doesn't seem in his mentality.Review from Apartments.com
