May 27, 2022Whatever, you do, please do not move in here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The property management team is unprofessional. It takes them days/sometimes a week to respond to maintenance requests. They don't communicate great, and truly, they dont care about the residents. I've never seen a more careless team. In January 2022, we had a flooding in our lower level due to poor drainer system. This resulted in several units having horrible mold. Mold was growing almost 3 feet high. It took ...SEVERAL weeks for management to do anything about it. They tried to send a vendor to simply paint over the mold. It took them two weeks to have the drywall replaced. And then it took ANOTHER two weeks for them to fix the drywall. So for a month, I had no access to my lower level and was just breathing in black mold. The only reason they fixed it is because a health inspector came and made them. On top of that the units barely get hot water. When I moved in, I didnt have hot water for the first two weeks due to poor plumbing. I can go on and on, but please take your money elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
