for starters, The hallways sound like an animal shelter due to all the dogs barking when you walk through. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbor sneeze or having a conversation. The leasing office is completely virtual. You cannot get anyone in person. Sometimes you have to go through the frustration of watching the manager at her desk with the door locked.
