polished Project housing No Go
May 23, 2024for starters, The hallways sound like an animal shelter due to all the dogs barking when you walk through. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbor sneeze or having a conversation. The leasing office is completely virtual. You cannot get anyone in person. Sometimes you have to go through the frustration of watching the manager at her desk with the door locked. They have this new thing in the area where kids are running through the hallways of the apartment buildings, and sometimes ...knocking on the door and running. I have complaints about how heavy the neighbor walks and makes noise above me and I was advised to just call the police. DO NOT MOVE HERE Only positive is the trash Valet and they keep the grounds cleanProperty Manager Responded

Don’t move here
March 14, 2023The building entrance doors slam violently hard. Any entrance in the building slams very hard. You hear this all day and all night. The maintenance of this property is horrible. On top of that the entrance doors do not shut properly and do anyone can walk right in. Big safely issue at this property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
October 20, 2022Place is a joke . Doors slam hard all day and night. Management refuses to door stop on entrance/exit doors. Can't wait to move. Was great but now you can they could care less about the tenants and just collect I higher rent each year.Property Manager Responded

New management is terrible
September 8, 2022I first moved here in December and at first it was amazing building was always clean and maintenance was on point but since April it’s been downhill. A new company purchased the neighborhood and they have not been holding up there end at all. Elevator has been down for one month and I broke my leg three weeks ago and live on the top floor so the only time I’ve been up to my apartment is when I have help which is so bad considering how much rent is here and how good it once was.The building has ...been kept in bad shape with trash on the ground and where the dumpster is located it’s a bunch of trash that hasn’t been picked up in a month as well.
