Welcome home to 1300 OCH at H3C in Central City New Orleans. H3C is located on historic Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard in New Orleans and the name H3C combines Health with the corridors long-standing principles of Commerce, Culture and Community. H3C was developed by Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (GCHP) and Alembic Community Development. It is a GCHP Health + Housing community. Health + Housing aims to improve residents' overall health with buildings constructed to FitWel Building Standards and convenient access to healthcare services. 1300 OCH at H3C has 100 one-, two- and three-bedroom units open to qualified candidates of all ages. Rents are income restricted and reserved for those making 60 % or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). The amenities at H3C prioritize resident's physical and mental health and include a co-located healthcare clinic managed by DePaul Community Health Services and an on-site Community Healthcare Worker. All units have ENERGY STAR certified appliances including in-unit washers and dryers. Residents have incredible courtyard or city views from their apartment homes with secure entry and free parking. 1300 OCH at H3C is conveniently located to I-10, downtown New Orleans and public transportation, including the historic St. Charles Avenue streetcar line.
