I’ve had a great experience with this property. The apartments offer a nice balance of affordability, space, and convenience, which can be hard to find in the Ypsilanti area. The layouts are well-designed with plenty of natural light, and features like updated flooring, open living areas, and balconies in select units really make the space feel comfortable and functional. The location is another major plus. It’s just minutes from Eastern Michigan University and close to shopping, restaurants, ...

and major roadways, making it ideal for both students and professionals. I also appreciate the practical amenities, like on-site laundry and parking, which add to the overall convenience of living here. Overall, this is a solid option for anyone looking for a well-maintained, reasonably priced apartment in a central and accessible location.

The apartments way bigger and has a better floor plan than where I have rented in the past in Ypsi for the price. Plenty of onsite parking, easily accessible shared laundry in the building, and an attentive maintenance staff.
