March 15, 2022Although I have called 1330 Boylston home for only a short period of time, I could not be happier with my move! From our first meeting with the leasing office, my husband and I knew we wanted to call 1330 home. The location can not be beat within the heart of Fenway- endless restaurants, shops, and bars are right outside the door. The neighborhood becomes even more alive on game nights at Fenway Park. The building is beautifully kept with shared lounges, rooftop pool, and fitness center for ...residents. The apartments are furnished with modern touches and floor to ceiling views of Fenway Park and Longwood. We have loved getting to know the concierge and leasing staff and feel like they are readily available for any comments, questions or concerns. I feel that things like appliances, infrastructure and overall "feel" of the building is starting to show its age. As such, it doesn't seem to be as great of a value as it once was.
