        Horrible management company. If you want to live in a mold infested building with management that does not want to remedy mold because they won’t use the word mold for “liability issues” then I’d say rent here. If you care about your health and want a management company that cares more about their residents than their money then don’t live here.

        Just empty out the waste bins around community a bit more and maybe take carpet out of property since it’s such a dog friendly environment. Humidity and dog mishaps on the carpet don’t go hand and hand. Brighten up hallways better and keep receptacle areas cleaner
