Old building in need of repair

There is one well-maintained apartment in the building, downstairs, facing west. The others aren't in such great shape: especially the upstairs units. Sagging ceilings, warped tiles, stained. Roof needs repair, ceilings leak in all of the upstairs units. Ants. Mold. Really thin walls upstairs and down and between floors, like......super thin. Lots of transient traffic. Landlord is evasive with repairs.

One bedroom apt. has an entry way that comes with a wide ceiling to floor frosty window. Walls are soft paneling. Counter tops are laminated with a wheat linen design and trim chrome that wraps nicely around the curved corners. Original cabinets and drawers. Facing east is the living room glass door that opens up to a long brick patio.
