Located atop New York City’s iconic cultural institution, 92nd Street Y, residents live within an active and creative community. Amenities include a full fitness center with pool, sauna, indoor track, basketball courts, cardio and weight rooms, as well as discounts to 92NY talks, concerts, performances, and art, music, and dance classes. The residence offers regular group outings, 24/7 security with CCTV, and easy access to multiple public transit options. It is steps from Central Park, Museum Mile, and Upper East Side hospitals. Flexible stays are available with a 30-day minimum. There is no broker’s fee, no guarantor requirement, and no 40x rent income requirement, however applicants must be enrolled as a full time student, intern, working full-time in NYC, or a combination of both.
