The residence offers regular group outings, 24/7 security with CCTV, and easy access to multiple public transit options. It is steps from Central Park, Museum Mile, and Upper East Side hospitals. Flexible stays are available with a 30-day minimum. There is no broker’s fee, no guarantor requirement, and no 40x rent income requirement, however applicants must be enrolled as a full time student, intern, working full-time in NYC, or a combination of both.
