This 1 bedroom apartment is the best that I could find that was sum what affordable but with that said sometimes you get what you pay for. The ceiling in my bathroom collapsed one morning and the repairs weren't addressed as quickly as they should have been. The super of the building won't return any calls or texts so that is very annoying. Receiving mail is the worst by far. This building is notorious for having packages stolen and opened so you must get your packages at the post office which is ...

very annoying. I didn't have hot water for over a week until they finally replaced the water heater. Now there is no shortage to hot water which is nice, especially since I'm paying for it. One positive thing to say is that the bus stop is one block away which makes it very convenient to travel to NYC. Overall, I would say this is the best for a budget but it's not without its ups and downs....mostly downs.

Convenient commute

Well, it's a convenient commute. That being said, I've gone a week at a time without hot water, can't have parcels left at the boxes due to theft, a wife beater lives upstairs and if you're stuck with mass transit, it's a chore to get to a decent grocery store.
