June 2, 2025I enjoy living in 1405 Point, but I do feel that the rent is constantly increasing while the quality of the service provided to residents keeps decreasing. For the past year there have been many staff changes regarding management, the communication with residents has been poor, and problems with the elevator and hot water have gotten worse. September 8, 2024Very unhappy with the communication from the office about general issues and about emergencies. When alarms are triggered, there is little/no information and security seems to be just as surprised, like a chicken without its head. Additionally, this building has many maintenance problems. Frequently broken plumbing and elevators, in addition to the constant construction in the area as two new buildings are being built. Would not come back here.Review from Apartments.com
