DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is an absolute hellscape to live in. We’ve been here for 2 years and everyday has been a nightmare. Constant loud construction, so forget working from home or having any shred of silence during the day. The units look nice inside, but it’s like a flipped house. Looks nice, but very clearly took the cheapest of the cheap option. For example, I can scratch the paint off with my fingernail. Any small scrape and the wall underneath is exposed. Akelius, the property management company, initiated its major construction effort on the building two years ago, and there is still no end in sight. When we moved in the building was STARTING construction and 2 years later they are not even half way done. Imagine loud hammering and drilling all day and it will be in your lease that you must comply with any changes/construction going on in the building. In addition, there are mice. I know all building typically have some mice but since the construction the mice are out of control. The management company doesn't bather to find the holes or source of the mice, instead they put weak little traps ...
