While the property is lovely and the tenates are amazing, the building itself has some flaws and shows signs of age through deteriorating roof lines and cracked walls throughout the property. Additionally, it was my experience that the management team of the apartment abuses their use of the security deposit and will charge you for items that they should not, based on California rental guidelines. Save yourself some headache and see if other options might fit your needs.
