What makes this worse is that when you call the landlord to get relief, his response is simply "What do you want me to do?" He's obnoxious and rude. The building has a lot of potential and at least my apartment is beautiful. Appliances are modern and it has huge windows that allows for amazing sunlight. Each apartment has 2 designated parking spots which is fantastic. If the landlord was smart, he would turn the building into Condo's and move on. I would definitely purchase mine.
