New building with problems

I moved into this building when it first opened for leasing. The location wasn't great but I needed to move fast. There isn't any storage in the unit and only one closet in the hall area. There is washer/dryer connections for full side by side units. The flooring is coming undone (fake wood) and there is starting to be a bug problem. The rent is incredibly expensive for the area and there has already been a break in in our parking area where my iPod was stolen from my car. The owner doesn't pay ...

any of the utilities, so you will pay for trash and water as well. I'm looking to move again because the place just isn't worth the rent anymore.
