June 23, 2025Great community. Nice apartments and nice appliances. Parking area is great for tenants and visitors as well. The amenities included are great! Staff in the office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful! The only thing is sometimes neighbors can get a lil loud and they should have a little consideration for others, especially for those living underneath their apartment other than that …. May 2, 2025Had a very good experience from touring to leasing my unit. Very nice community and you will absolutely feel very secured here. Only issue was my dryer not working but I have been in touch with getting that resolved. They answer very quickly.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2025Awesome place to live love it here so far this is the most comfortable place I’ve lived and everybody is always nice and respectful. Very clean & always tends to every residents needs for any reason without fighting us. Also, this place over other places I’ve stayed they’ve done food carts and desert bars with great prices. This place is the closest thing to living at a Disney vacation resort imo. Thanks 14fifty for making it great for my fiancé and iProperty Manager Responded
