    We love 14W and have had no issues since moving in 18 months ago. You will always have heating or AC and running water with little to no disturbances from other residents. Concierge does its best to learn about their residents and continuously throw fun community events,

    Living here is a breeze. Certainly not cheap, but for this neighborhood, the building is well maintained, with great responsive staff (we love Cleveland), and friendly neighbors
