Cheap Doesn't mean Better

This Place has the Potential to be better only if management cared about the building as much as they care about collecting the rent. I've lived here since 2009 and had the same issues in the apartment since i moved in. The tiles are falling in the bathroom, the pipes are leaking into my neighbors apartment and management haven't done a thing since I've reported the issues years ago. So if you can't find a better place to live other than here than at least know what your getting yourself into.
