This Pawleys Island, SC 2-story, 4BR/4BA house with views of Waccamaw River and approx. 1 mile from Ocean is for vacation weekly rentals (Sat to Sat) only with *house owner and 1 cat living there during your stay.* Only the upstairs and some downstairs 3BR/2.5BA portion of house is available for weekly vacation rent and sleeps 6 max. 1 king bed in 1 BR and 1 full bed in 2BR & 1 double bed futon in den. 2 full baths with shower, vanity, toilet and bathtub & 0.5BA downstairs in hall. $2500-$3000/week via credit card and valid drivers license to owner.
