      I placed a deposit of $600 for a one bedroom and completed an application. 2 days later (well within the stated time frame for a full refund) and was told they would send me a check in the mail (even tho I paid with a debit card) but it never arrived. 2 weeks went by and I called again and was told they had made an "error" and would put the check in the mail. 10 days later still no check. When I called again I was rudely told by Kelly in bookkeeping that they didn't handle this and I would ...
      have to call the NY office of Fairstead. When I called and told them about my issue I was told that nobody was there is talk to me. I have now had to call my bank to reverse the charge.

      Management will highlight the quality of the amenities, but fail to publish the elevator situation. They don’t work. They never work. We can not safely get up or down from our apartment. I have missed trains and planes. I have missed appointments. It’s horrible. Do not move here.
