They will cheat you out of a lot of money
July 17, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI was a guarantor for my daughter who just moved out. The management there are very quick to cheat you out of money. They require a 60 day written notification prior to moving out at the end of the year. This is double the time as required by TN law. They said they sent a notification reminder with details, but we found no records of that. They refused to send an email copy of this notification with email date stamp. Anyhow, my daughter missed the time limit by 14 days. As a result, the ...management charged a prorated month to month (MTM) fee for those 14 days. The MTM rates are not on the website, not in the lease, and could only be found in the "notification" that they allegedly sent. The MTM rate was 2.4 times higher than the normal rent. Our rent for 14 days was $1000 MORE than regular rent for a whole month. We tried to fight it but they threatened more fees, so we finally gave up and paid the abusive penalty. 1505 Demonbreun is definitely not recommended as a place to live in Nashville.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Glorified College Frat House - POOR Management

I moved out in 2022, cleared everything with management and parted ways. Today I find they "accidentally" linked my information to some one who failed to pay their rent and sent it to a third party collection agency trying to come after me for an apartment I never rented. Best Apartment Community in Nashville

Love having the bars across the street to meet locals and hear live music. My apartment is quiet and I never hear noise from the street or my neighbors. The pool is a SUPER fun place to make friends. Maintenance is great - especially Philip. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Management takes requests seriously, offers fair and equal treatment, and works hard to resolve any issues.

February 12, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe management team is extremely rude when their is an issue. The halls and common area is dirty with stains and garbage on the floors and stairwells. My apartment had a severe ventilation issue and ruined my furniture. The Sr.management even admitted they had an issue but they were not willing to do anything about it.
