I've lived in this building for over 20 yrs and must say, the building has improved drastically. Very spacious rooms and decent closet space. Overlooking the balcony is a gorgeous skyline of Washington Heights in Manhattan and the Harlem River. There's a bus stop directly in front of the building and you can catch the Metro North that is less than 5 minutes away. There's private parking, a laundry room and Community Room. With the help of the maintenance crew and the superintendent hallways, ...
staircases and the elevator are always kept clean. Plus, just a few minutes away is Yankee Stadium. There's nothing more Bronx than that!
