Roaches
January 30, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in my unit for almost two years. I had no major issues the first year. Nothing aside from the occasional maintenance request that they were happy to address. Prior to last 6 months I loved my apartment, the only complaint was no in unit washer and dryer. However, in the last 6 months they have developed an insect problem. I have complained more times than I can recall because I have seen roaches in various rooms of my unit, which I find to be absolutely terrifying. Multiple times ...they have treated the unit with basic pest control tactics. I have recommended that they fumigate all of the units or take additional measures, because I am positive the problem is coming from a different unit. I continued to complain, and in the last month they finally treated multiple units at once. However, I have seen two roaches since. This is a stand alone building so I would imagine the problem should have been managed by now. At this point, I feel my complaints are becoming redundant and I can't wait until my lease is out. I will definitely not be renewing. If the problem is resolved before my lease is over, I will update this post. In the meantime, I encourage you to continue your search if you like me pride yourself on having a clean home that is bug free. If not for the problem I have detailed, I would rate the unit at 4/5 stars.Read More
Great location - no amenities
October 5, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment itself is nice with nice finishes and updates. However, no washer and dryer and the ones in the frequently break. Maintenance is pretty slow. Parking is usually not an issue as there is usually a lot of spaces on the street available thankfully. Good location for catching public transit.
Gorgeous!
September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comGorgeous and spacious! This was the first 2-bedroom in the area in which both rooms are similar in size/closet space. Not very much storage inside the unit, and laundry is downstairs, but it really is a beautiful building!
Good location
July 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comGood location, within walking distance to many things (i.e. grocery store, gym, local restaurants, water, etc)
