We've been living at Pinewood Apartments for the past 1 year and intend on staying for many more! The location is very convenient (close to the highway) yet not noisy, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and look after each other, the landscape is beautiful and something we enjoy walking around daily, feels safe, and the grounds and amenities are kept very clean. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, especially the pool and the gym. The management team is always responsive and helpful. The community feels safe and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Very convenient located close to a grocery store, gas stations and more. I also love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

I lived at Pinewood Apartments for 10 years and only moved to be closer to grandkids in Riverside County. Maintenance and Management are excellent and very responsive to tenants. Beautifully maintained landscaping and pool area. Complex is so conveniently located to lots of shopping, restaurants and anything you needed. So easy to commute because of easy access to 5 Freeway and 55 Freeway.

Simon is great! He is very helpful and a great listener, he has helped with the concerns we have had. And has done his best to help us, he keeps the community clean and as safe as he can! He’s very professional and Sincere, which makes it so nice to have someone like him in the office. Maintenance is also great, Eddie goes over and above, he always does things the at the moment he is asked!

I was recently apartment hunting, I ran into a lot of unhelpful people before finding Pinewood. Simon attend us. He was very patient and respectful despite all the questions I asked.
