Community, Safe, Clean, Peaceful living
April 30, 2025We've been living at Pinewood Apartments for the past 1 year and intend on staying for many more! The location is very convenient (close to the highway) yet not noisy, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and look after each other, the landscape is beautiful and something we enjoy walking around daily, feels safe, and the grounds and amenities are kept very clean. The #1 highlight is our management. Maribel and Eddie are exceptional - quick to respond, have great attention to detail, and it's ...very obvious that they deeply care for our wellbeing and quality of life. January 19, 2022I lived at Pinewood Apartments for 10 years and only moved to be closer to grandkids in Riverside County. Maintenance and Management are excellent and very responsive to tenants. Beautifully maintained landscaping and pool area. Complex is so conveniently located to lots of shopping, restaurants and anything you needed.
