Worst building in Boston

This building is a complete disaster… I’ve lived here for 11 months and I cannot wait for my lease to end and move to something decent.
The common areas are dirty, smell like dogs poop. The building is quite new but it already has tons of maintenance issues. Rats have already made their way into the building. Management is so unorganized and not available when you try to contact them outside of 9-4 pm on weekdays. Maintenance is even worse.. lights switch don’t work, your key fob may not work and ...
there is no one to help you get inside your unit. And let’s not talk about the parking… totally inexistent!
They may offer deals when you first move in, but they quickly increase your rent by hundreds each year.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere. I wish I didn’t have to say this, but you will regret moving here within the first month of your residence.
