October 10, 2015If you are locking for a place where the rent is reasonable, the apartments are in my opinion spacious the Staff and Maintenance are both on point, Close to public transportation, and where the people who live in our small community are hard working, mind there own business, but are still friendly type people, then this is the place for you. August 29, 2015Kirkwood Flats an awesome place to live. been here 6 yrs and have had no major problems here. Every one minds there own business and most residents are hard working people. The only children you do see are the Grand children of most residents. I"m not going to lie, I love love love that piece. Apartments are spacious, Maintenance is on point, the Leasing agents ( Bridgette @ Devon ) knows their stuff, Manager (Sherry ) is Awesome. yeah man, awesome place to live .Review from Apartments.com
