All bedrooms are on the 3rd floor - Large, beautiful deck overlooks great Secluded Yard. - Kitchen with all the modern amenities. - Victorian style Living Room and Dining Room with show Fireplace. - Enclosed front porch. - 1 Bathroom just recently remodeled. With radiant heat floor - Washer and Dryer in unit. - Garage for storage - Easy off street parking with no stickers required. - Just a few minute walk to multiple bus lines including Express Bus to Downtown. These are the 57 to Kenmore Sq; the 64 to University Pk and Kendall Sq in Cambridge; the 501 Express bus to Downtown Boston; and the 503 Express bus to Copley Sq in Back Bay. Just $4,000 for a group of 4 and $4,500 per month for a group of 5 !! Utilities not included. Heat is a new Gas. And there are all new insulated windows. I require First and Last month before you move in. NO FEE!! I have owned this house for over 40 years and the two issues in the past that have prevented groups from renting this house: (1) Only one bathroom; (2) Not on T.
