The room is okay management seems incompetent
November 25, 2023I will just go ahead and post the things I’ve been waiting on a response from at the time of this post. Following the several instances of strangers using their master key to enter ( they gave us less than a 15 minute heads up via email at 8:30am one time of people coming into our units!) the most frustrating being where maintenance keyed into my home, only to realize they were in the wrong unit AFTER entering, I told them it was the wrong unit while they’re in my home. I asked to get an internal ...deadbolt as well as any way to look through my door ( like a peephole) as I have neither. This was met with silence. About a month later I was double charged for a utility, they elected to double down by emailing me about it, when I asked for clarification and challenged this I was met with more silence. I had a fun one too where a guest was at my apartment less than 2 hours and had his car towed, that one can be argued as my fault, but I also don’t own a car myself, so one unit one car is all I was using it was across a holiday, be reasonable. Currently there are 2 voicemails on the emergency line from well over 8 hours ago. Nothing. I do work remotely and remote support is an aspect of my job, I was actively on call myself while getting ignored by them, I’d be fired if I ran the after hours line like this!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible all around
July 13, 2023They NEVER answer the phone you constantly have to go up there . They only have 1-2 maintenance men so if anything is broken, it won’t be fixed. The emergency maintenance line is a JOKE. It’s cheap for a reason . i toured a 2 bed room to upgrade and there were roaches EVERYWHERE, on the walls, floors , cabinets etc.Property Manager Responded

I love it here

Changed the name, but it's still an awful place
October 20, 2022Seriously don't live here, it's cheap, but it's not worth the hassle, maintenance is nonexistent, and there are roaches no matter how clean you keep the place you'll find a bug somehow.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Experience
April 4, 2022I just recently moved in to 1610 apartments. The assistant manager went above and beyond to get me into a unit because I needed to move in within a week. She worked extremely hard to make that happen. Was very sweet and was able to get me into a unit that met my needs and my service animal. I was able to move in quickly, and absolutely love it. She made sure everything went not only very quick, but extremely smooth. I've never had that experience with any other rental property. I'm very thankful ...that it worked out the way it did. Apartment is freshly updated,and very quiet. I'd recommend this place to anyone, thanks to her hard work and professionalism. She is an absolute sweetheart.Property Manager Responded

My savior
June 9, 2021Moved from Kentucky a few months ago and needed a place to stay for me and my two kids. Was unsure of the reviews but came in and was greeted with kindness and care. Bryce (who is nice on the eyes) made sure I was taken care of and for the 2 months I have been here have been nothing but nice. Rebecca who I’ve only spoken a handful of times made sure I was accepted and gave me plenty of information. LOVE THIS PLACE. My two bedroom is so comfortable and reminds me of a quiet place where I grew up ...in. Horrible Staff
May 27, 2021The office and maintenance staff are awful to work with should you need anything, no matter how serious the issue like broken a/c’s, rats, dirt coming from the hot water pipes and sewage pouring out into the front yard every night for weeks.... they will not follow through on any promises made.Property Manager Responded

Meh
June 21, 2019This place has really went downhill in the last couple of years, especially over the last several months. The grounds at times is a mess, trash throwed around on the grounds, parking lots, dog poop everywhere, pet area and dog bag stations trash is not emptied anywhere from two weeks to a month, dog bags in the disposal stations are empty half of the time, lawns are not took care of, grass can be over a foot tall at times. They do not enforce tenants to pick up after their dogs, dog poop is ...all over the grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots. I had a friend come over and stepped in some on the sidewalk. It was embarassing. There are holes out in the pet area that are a hazard, someone could get hurt or injured. There is also not many dog stations around the complex, where people can have access to. There are many a/c window units in windows here, giving identification as myself living here, and other tenants, and future tenants that a/c's are not fixed on a timely bases. I hope mine don't go out or ever needs to be fixed. and Oh my God ROACHES.... This whole complex is infested with them. It's digusting and nasty. The do have pest control, however the guy sprays the apartments with a spray can of generic raid, that does not get rid of them no matter how many times you request them to come spray. There is homeless people lurking around panhandling the residents, I think they live nearby. They do not enforce visitor parking, but do enforce towing, although the tenants have parking stickers, so if you are a resident, you have to roll the lucky dice that you have a parking spot when you come home and don't have to park 100 yards away. ;Property Manager Responded
