Parking is included in the rent. Security guards are on the parking lot during the UT home football game weekends. 24 hour maintenance is available. Monthly pest control. Lockable on site laundry facility that all residents get keys to. Dumpster trash pickup is included in the rent. Water and wastewater is included in the rent.
