1717 Apartments is a newer building with good amenities, located in a safe and attractive neighborhood. You can walk a few blocks to the AMC Movie Theater, restaurants, stores, library and Whole Foods Market. Lake Michigan is about 9 blocks away. The Management and Maintenance Teams are the very best. 1717 Apartments is a good place to call home.

I have lived at 1717 Evanston since 2018. I love that this is a newer building that is well maintained. Underground attached parking is perfect. Good, safe location that is walkable to the AMC Theater, restaurants, the Library and more. We have the absolutely best Community Manager and Team, also Maintenance Manager and Engineer Tech possible. I highly recommend 1717 Evanston as a nice place to call home.

1717 is an amazing, modern, friendly community. The lease team is helpful and kind (especially Ryan), accommodating to any complications as I was moving in as an international student - would recommend to everyone
