You can walk a few blocks to the AMC Movie Theater, restaurants, stores, library and Whole Foods Market. Lake Michigan is about 9 blocks away. October 21, 2024I have lived at 1717 Evanston since 2018. I love that this is a newer building that is well maintained. Underground attached parking is perfect. Good, safe location that is walkable to the AMC Theater, restaurants, the Library and more. We have the absolutely best Community Manager and Team, also Maintenance Manager and Engineer Tech possible. I highly recommend 1717 Evanston as a nice place to call home.Property Manager Responded
