I have live in this apartment for 12 year and the landlord have not be able to renovated my apartment but to other people living in the same apartment building the own apartment was renovated while tham still living in the house, than I call my landlord that I need my own apartment to be renovated, what my landlord told me is that I should start looking for apartments the building is for sale, and he say if he want renovated the apartment that I can not live in the building, that I should ...

look for a temporary place to stay and ask him other people was living in the own apartment when you renovated the own, while my own is different, since I have be living in your building t I pay my rent and I am the oldest tenant, while treat me like no body.
