my apartment building is in the perfect place. i am one block from the medical building, one block from the bus stop that the bus comes down my street every 30 min. i am also an 8 min walk down hill to the bigest grocery store on maui. (safeway). i am two blocks from market street where is first fridays street fest. and live concerts. only 10 min or under from the only hospital on maui. im on the second floor and downstairs is the saigon cafe, one of the top 5 restaurants on the island. but most ...
of all, i can sit outside on my balcony and look over at the iao vally mountains. beauty like you have never seen before to wake up to every morning. this is why i can honesty say my apartment is the best.
oh by the way, if i walk up the stairs to the third floor i can see the ocean. and the owner of the apartment complex and restaurant is the best landlord that anyone can have, caring someone who will go out her way to help you anyway that she can. not money hungry, not a slumlord but an honest loveing person in side and out.
