Mixed Feelings

This apartment has its pros and cons. While it is in a great neighborhood, located within walking distance to a grocery store, and mostly clean living space it has its flaws. Once every few months something goes wrong. The air conditioner was broken for months,the refrigerator leaks, it costs a bundle to heat , and some of the windows don't close all the way. All in all its a good apartment. The landlord is nice and like I said the neighborhood is great especially for people with children.
