DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 4, 2021DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. We are currently dealing with squirrels in the wall and management has done an poor job of taking care of it. Mary will promise to call you and then fail to do so. She’ll say she will take care of it but fail to tell you when. The grills and pool area are dirty and disgusting, the apartments are old and full of poorly done handyman work. We have gross popcorn ceilings, cracked walls, carpet coming up at the seems, and it was like this ...upon moving in. I can not stress enough the fact that no one should move here. We’ve been here for months and are still dealing with electric issues we reported on move in. Oh and we told them about the squirrels over 2 months ago, it was just our bedroom closet then, they have now spread through the walls of the apartment and make it impossible to sleep.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Absolute worst living experience
May 31, 2020By far the worst living experience I have had thus far. The maintenance staff along with the front office staff is horrible. I moved in November 19 and had multiple issues from insect problems to actual holes and water damage in the apartment . My bathrooom sink is has a leak that has created the largest most disgusting hole in what should be a storage area in my bathroom. The water damage attracts gnats and smells terrible. The office has given many excuses as to why it can’t be fixed and I call ...and leave maintenance requests to fix these same issues at least 3 times a week. Seven months later and still nothing. I even requested to change units and no follow up. Their service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. There is also no security in this complex whatsoever. However the office has remodeled everything in which you would get a great impression of the complex which is the total opposite of what it actually is. Horrible
May 26, 2020I am not sure who is actually writing these reviews. They definitely seem, correction they are fraudulent. The property is supposed to be “gated” and the gate is actually nonexistent and has been for nearly a year. Prior to the nonexistent gate there was ALWAYS technical difficulties and they will lie to you and tell you that you need a landline for gate access. This property was undergone 3-4 new management. That’s no surprise either especially considering the individuals working their can’t ...govern themselves or anything else. Their idea of maintenance is doing temporary fixes or their favorite completely ignore the situation. Don’t waste your time emailing, call or submitting maintenance request.Property Manager Responded

If I could give a zero I would
April 8, 2019From move in the roof was leaking and it took them 8 months to resolve. The ac works whenever it wants, half the apartment is freezing the other half is hot. The apliances are always having issues and the staff never knows what’s going on and pointing fingers in diferent faces. Not professional not organized. I would like to address your comments here, and hopefully we can work towards changing your opinion regarding living at City West!As with any controlled access system, occasionally people do not utilize the gates properly and end up breaking them. However, we are sure to repair them quickly. In fact, as of right now, all of the gates are fully functional and have been for quite some time.We are a pet friendly community, and we love all of our furry residents. Unfortunately, there are some times when people are not responsible when cleaning up after their pets. Our groundskeeper is very dedicated to keeping City West clean and free from trash and pet waste. We do always ask that if you see someone not picking up after their pet, please let us know so that we can address it with them directly!Our parking is first come-first served, with plenty of spaces for all of our residents. We have found that the majority of our residents prefer ...this to assigned parking and/or roam towing.We do have a courtesy patrol company that has officers here every single night. I would be happy to provide you with their contact information for if you ever find yourself needing them.Again, I am sorry that you are so unhappy. It is our goal to ensure all of our residents are truly happy living here, and we seem to have missed the mark with you. I would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns further.
