Old apartments that have appliances that break down constantly and landlord (owner’s sister) refuse to fix or replace. If they do replace an appliance it’s always with a used one that’s infected with roaches! Ant hills everywhere even inside the walls!! Oh and when you move out they refuse to give you back your deposit even though you left the place in better condition then when you moved in. If you try to contact them they will ignore you.
