Not a good place to live.
July 19, 2020This apartment building is filthy, which you will probably realize as soon as you step inside. The place smells like mildew, body odor, and cigarettes. The landlords refused to fix issues when we complained. We constantly heard rodents scuttling in the ceiling and walls, but they didn’t seem to care or try to fix the issue. We paid a “carpet cleaning fee” but when we first walked around barefoot, our feet turned charcoal black. When we asked them to return the fee, they scoffed in our face. ...This is a dark, dingy place and I would not recommend living here.
