Absolutely Wonderful Community
May 7, 2018My wife and I have been here for little over a year and still enjoy living here immensely. We have been impressed by the living conditions. Our apartment easily exceeded the expectations of others that we looked at, and the place has been well kept since we moved in. But I think the real reason this place stands apart from others is the staff in general. When we moved in, the manager was very warm and welcoming/accommodating, and that has remained true over time. The maintenance is worth ...more than five stars. I remember where we lived before this, and getting someone to come by to fix something was an ache and a chore. Here, on multiple occasions, the response has been arguably lightning fast. Once, the heater went out and I called the emergency number. Less than an hour later, I had heat back. Sink leaked and less than 24 hours later, sink fixed completely. Combine that efficiency with the overall friendliness, and mix that in with the overall quality of the place, I really don't see why you would pick another place over this.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Staff is awesome
March 30, 2017Every time there is a maintenance issue, it is completed either that day or the very next. The area is quiet and safe and very kid friendly. What really makes this place is the staff. The office personnel asks about my kids when I see them. The maintenance men Wayne and Dave are very knowledgeable and are quick with advice to fix small things myself. They always wave when I drive by. This is one of the best friendliest apartment complexes around. Very safe and kid friendly.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015While there are not many apartment buildings in Martinsville, Country View is the best in town. Pros- Spacious Apartments, Reasonable monthly rent, and Good environment.
