Neighborhood being developed- less places to park.
Pipes burst, mice run, roaches crawl, and the neighborhood is being developed, so the rent is rising.
Cheap management company that doesn't want to replace broken appliances.

The property management is great, responsive 90% of the time. The super Efrain is good too and is usually around the building. The laundry room schedule is usually tight, but it's there. The building is very clean and well kept and safe. Very close to everything including 4 and D/B train as well as shops. Beautiful area. Only thing that is HORRIBLE is the parking situation. NO parking in the area whatsoever. Sometimes I spend 2+ hours looking for parking. Good luck!

Serves its purpose shouldn't be a way to describe my apartment. It has a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. That's about it. The entire apartment building is on a slant, if i put my computer chair on one end of my living room it'll roll to the other side. Imagine how hard it was to level off my oven. Till this day everything i bake or cook is slightly under-cooked on 1 end. Oh well, like i said it serves its purpose.
