    I am compelled to share my disappointing experience living at 1880 Little Raven, a Holland Residential property, highlighting ongoing issues that have significantly impacted the quality of life for its residents. For the past four months, one of the two elevators has been out of service, with no clear timeline for repairs.   • Amazing Management

    My partner and I have lived here for just about a year. The management changed it over to Sarah and Jeanette in November and we truly notice a difference. From the small touches of having candy and dog treats in the lobby to the larger efforts of ensuring maintenance and trash services run smoothly we can tell the difference. We are so happy to resign our lease for another year!

    When looking for a new apartment, we stumbled upon 1880 even though it wasn't on our list of places to look into. Once we met Lee and Kaley and completed the tour, we knew we didn't need to look any further! This place is AMAZING! Beautiful interiors, unique floor plans, and a phenomenal leasing team are just some of the great things about living at 1880. The amenities are second to none, with a gorgeous business center, working remotely is convenient and there are individual rooms for privacy ...
    and conferencing. You've gotta see the rooftop lounge for yourself! With mountain views and overlooking the park, the cabanas, fire pit, grills, pool and hot tub, there really is no reason not to love this place! I couldn't wait to move in to 1880 and now that I live here, I can't imagine living anywhere else!

The staff has been phenomenal and will bend over backwards to accommodate you with any questions or help. The details and workmanship of building need to be seen.
