ROACHES!!!!
April 22, 2026There were soooooo many roaches it was ridiculous! Maintenance refuses to fix things, and in the short time I lived there they changed management companies twice! They also lied about every single amenity on the property.The pool is always green, the picnic area is always dirty, and they claim to have a gym, but the door was always locked. March 17, 2026Pretty smooth process to lease our new apartment. It did involve a lot of back and forth texting and phone calls but finally it worked out. The apartment really needed to be cleaned better, the washer and dryer were extremely dirty took about 3 hours to throughly clean them. Quiet place to call home
March 2, 2026Lived here shortly after the owners changed and have been very happy. The community is quiet, friendly and family-oriented. The parking lot is actually clean.. especially compared to other places that I have lived around Nashville and the office staff and maintenance are very helpful. Please live somewhere else
October 8, 2021If I could leave no stars at how poorly these apartments are every since the GVA company took over. It would show this company should never be allowed to call themselves property manger. They never clean the trash left on the ground after trash pickup, loud noises all hours day and night, don't treat the building for wasps, stinkbugs, bees, or roaches, etc. We have never a roach problem until the GVA company took over and allowed this nasty neighbors to move in. No pressure washing building like ...before and the kids are always running, jumping, screaming, hopping all hours. But please move your family into a place that is quiet, care about the residents and property, and doesn't overcharge you for the worst apts in Madison, TN1Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
February 4, 2020The office is TERRIBLE. They have had at least 5 new managers since we have been here and every single one promises us something and then just disappears!!!!! The new manager is temporary and NEVER answers the phone. I overheard one of the workers there once tell a tenant that they won’t fix anything in their apartment until they are finished renovating the new apartments. What I took from that is “you already signed your lease so we already have your money. We need to build the new apartments ...for people who haven’t given us their money yet.” They promised glass black splash but will not follow through. The units don’t include microwaves. The people they hired to renovate these apartments are straight from the streets and do every job half-way. If you want a half-working apartment that doesn’t get fixed until you harass the office about it then this is the perfect place for you!Property Manager Responded
