Very nice place to live
October 2, 202419 Canal has been a great place to live! The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the pike and other major roadways. The property is relatively small -giving it a nice community feel. The staff is wonderful, always very friendly, helpful and attentive. The apartments could use a bit more room for storage but otherwise great. It is always quiet and seems well insulated for noise which is much appreciated. Wonderful Staff

I love that it is a somewhat small building that does not have a ton of units and it is relatively quiet. Property management is lovely, always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any emails or questions. Great place to live!
September 29, 2024My fiancé and I were one of the first people to move into 19 canal and we have nothing but good things to say. No noise issues, all the neighbors are friendly and the 19 canal street staff are always friendly and accommodating. The fitness center is good and the outdoor grilling area is a spot we frequent! It’s also nice to sit out on the balcony or if we’re looking to go out, it super convenient being walking distance from downtown Millbury! We love living hereReview from Apartments.com

Perfect Location
September 23, 2024Brand new apartment complex with beautiful floors and counter tops. Easy access to rt 146 and Mass Pike. Walking distance to Dunkin' Donuts, CVS and multiple restaurants and shops. Very close to Blackstone Valley Shoppes. It's in the heart of Millbury, it is busier and there is a little bit of noise but if you like the sound of the town like me, you'll love it. I have a great view of the Windell field and get to watch the town sports teams practices/games with balcony seating. There is ...an elevator to the third floor but it is not very handicapped accessible as there are no automatic doors to the main entrance. Doors require a key fob or passcode to enter. Multiple cameras pointed to entrances and the parking lot. Community fire pit and grills outside. When I had my dog, I wished that the dog pit was filled with a different element as the tiny rocks were tracked into my apartment constantly and my dog would get muddy. Otherwise, very pet friendly. I think that staff could be a little more accessible in person but it is easy to make an appointment or go to the office during their open hours. September 22, 2024This community is really peaceful. It is a good location for families, students, or single living. The apartments are really clean and up to date. I would highly recommend living here if you are in the Millbury, MA area. The Leasing Specialists are approachable, kind, friendly, and available to answer any questions. Really nice apartment
September 20, 2024Brand new and nicely decorated with large bedrooms and washer/dryer in unit. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Elevator is a big plus. Plenty of parking and grounds are nicely landscaped. Safe/secure building. 4 stars because the noise from above (footsteps, running, stomping, jumping) can be quite loud and occurs daily. September 20, 2024We rented our new upscale unit without stepping foot in the complex. The rental staff/property managers arranged a video tour and we fell in love with the apartment, amenities and location. We are very pleased with 19 Canal St and our decision to make this apartment complex our home in central Massachusetts so we can easily visit our relatives who live nearby.
