BAD sales tactics and HORRIBLE service

I RARELY give a bad review, but this place is a COMPLETE joke.(lived here for 2.5yrs) Don’t fall for the security deposit eliminator option they charge you over $100 extra every month, they will explain it to you in a way that you security deposit is split up into payments. To “help” you out with upfront costs. Then when you move out they will find stuff “wrong” then charge you anyway. Also they have Valet trash pickup that you pay for and then 2-3times a week the trash workers will miss yours. ...
Then the kicker is they will send you a fine for leaving trash outside. The flooring is the cheapest flooring you can possibly put down and the seams separate and they charge you for that as well. This place is WAY overpriced. The gate is also constantly broken and good luck finding any parking near your apt unless you have your own garage as well. Just a poorly ran corporate business that just wants your money. Go rent a house it’s so much cheaper and less headaches.

I’ve been in this community 3 years and it’s the best apartment community I’ve lived in. The staff are very helpful and personable. The community is clean and conveniently located near the highway. I thought about moving to another community to save money but other communities I looked at were not worth it to me.

This is going to be my second year here and everyone is extremely helpful! Whenever I have any maintenance they are either next day or same day. And the few times I’ve had to make a lake payment they were very understanding! Everyone in the office is sweet and they do stuff within the community to celebrate themselves and us! Great Community, horrendous management

These are nice apartments, and typically everyone that lives in the complex are decent people. However, a new management company bought the complex in May and they do not meet the same professional standards as the old staff did. Charged me several days of bogus late fees as I was unable to access their new payment system that they had set up (through no fault of my own), and would not back down off trying to rip me off (I had moved out of the Community in May but still owed 1 more month of ...

They don't respond to emails. Dont enforce their own policies. Thin walls, poor construction. Poor snow removal. Broken gate to their dog park every warm month we had.

  We appreciate you taking the time complete this review, we value all feedback. We have had some hiccups along the way for sure, and we do apologize for that. The dog park gate failed twice, so we instructed the fence company to make brand new gates with metal reinforced hinges and hardware. We did not want the gates to keep failing so with having them build better new gates, the gates were down a bit longer than the fence company had anticipated. They now work better than ever and should have a much longer life cycle. We have certainly appreciated everyone's patience. We have also contracted with a new snow removal company this year, that we feel will be amazing. Of course snow removal is always a challenge, so we always appreciate residents to move their cars to a cleaned off space when one becomes available so we are able to clean more of the parking lot quicker. We hope you continue your residency and that we will have the opportunity to win back your trust! Thank you again ...
